He started his career at General Electric as an Analyst in the Power Services division, where he managed operational and financial forecasting, including contract-level revenue recognition, maintenance schedule coordination, supply chain delivery and billing cycle modeling for long-term service agreement clients. Later, he transitioned into an FP&A management role, overseeing key financial metrics and KPIs to drive operational improvements for GE’s customers across the Power Services division. Outside of work, Cole enjoys hiking, golfing, cooking, and traveling with his wife, Sarah. Cole graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Growing up, Jack often shadowed his grandfather who ran a family-owned HVAC equipment distribution company, and has enjoyed working with entrepreneurial businesses from a young age.
